Overview
During the height of the 2020 pandemic, I launched a small business, called Yelyel.co (originally 'Yelkult.co'), selling fan-made stickers that were mainly inspired by K-pop groups. I ran almost every aspect of the business by myself—from designing and production of products, marketing and promotion on social media, finances, material purchasing, customer service and communication, and more. In the span of about six months, I made over 200 sales, reached 150 cities in six different countries, and had an average customer rating of five stars.
